The agreement between you and SplitNest when you use SplitNest. Plain language, because you should be able to read it.

Early access

SplitNest is in early access. Features will change, and some will be removed. We will not promise you availability we cannot deliver — if something breaks, we will say so.

Early-access requests

Joining the early-access list does not create an account or guarantee access. We will contact you if and when a place becomes available.

The service today

The public site currently offers information about SplitNest and an early-access list. It does not provide bank syncing, payment processing, or a shared household account.

Acceptable use

Do not use SplitNest to break the law, to attack the service, or to submit someone else’s email address without their permission.

Ending it

You can ask us to remove your early-access request at any time. We may remove a request that breaks these terms.

Liability

SplitNest is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, SplitNest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.

Changes

We will update these terms as the product grows, and the current version always lives on this page.
